At D.I.M.E.S., we believe that true equity is achieved through action at the systemic level. Our Advocacy & Policy initiatives focus on breaking down barriers and creating lasting change through education, lobbying, and collaboration with policymakers, organizations, and communities. Together, we’re reshaping industries to reflect the diversity of our society.
Our Focus Areas
- Education and Awareness: We educate organizations, leaders, and communities on the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through workshops, reports, and discussions, we provide the tools and knowledge needed to drive change.
- Policy Reform: By working with policymakers and industry leaders, we advocate for laws and regulations that ensure equitable opportunities for underrepresented communities in media, entertainment, sports, and beyond.
- Community Collaboration: We amplify underrepresented voices by collaborating with grassroots organizations and community leaders to ensure that the needs of Black professionals and people of color are heard and addressed.
