What Are the D.I.M.E.S. Top 100 Awards?
The D.I.M.E.S. Top 100 Awards aim to:

Nominees include exceptional leaders, creators, advocates, and organizations making a tangible difference.
When Will the Nominees Be Announced?
The 2025 D.I.M.E.S. Top 100 Nominees will be announced on July 1st at 23:59—a time chosen to honor two significant milestones in the pursuit of equality and justice:
- July 1st – Keti Koti: This date commemorates the abolition of slavery in Suriname and the Dutch Caribbean in 1863. Keti Koti, meaning “Broken Chains,” symbolizes liberation and the ongoing fight for equality, resonating deeply with the Surinamese-Dutch community.
- July 2nd – Civil Rights Act of 1964: At the stroke of midnight on July 2nd, this landmark legislation was signed, outlawing segregation and discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This act marked a turning point in the global fight for civil rights.
